• Srinidhi Nagarajan

    FOUNDER & CEO

    Srinidhi Nagarajan is a sophomore at UCLA studying Cognitive Science and Public Affairs, driven by a passion for improving individual decision-making while addressing systemic barriers to access. Her research on group accountability’s role in reducing teen TikTok usage led her to found TRUST, an organization that helps students build sustainable habits through peer support and behavioral interventions. She has also conducted research on reproductive justice, worked as a health policy intern analyzing technology policy, and is actively involved in student government. With experience in both personal behavior change and large-scale policy analysis, she is committed to bridging the gap between individual empowerment and systemic reform. She is excited to continue expanding TRUST and pursuing work that helps people take control of their habits while pushing for policies that enhance access and equity.

  • Alay Patel

    COO

    Alay Patel is a senior at UNC-Chapel Hill studying Biology and Neuroscience, looking to understand the barriers behind building habits and ways to improve consistency to enact healthy change in communities nationwide. As the COO of TRUST he aspires to help others achieve their goals and improve their lives through intentional habit-building. He has researched how humans process language, using what he has learned to understand how to create large language models that model human language effectively and efficiently. He also works as an EMT, which helps him make quick decisions and understand how to help others in need. Through these experiences, he is determined to help others build habits that will stay with them throughout their lives, giving them tools to achieve their dreams. Working with TRUST, he is excited to create initiatives that can help people across the country and understand how best to help others through challenges they may face.

  • Ashley Kuo

    OUTREACH DIRECTOR

    Ashley Kuo is currently a sophomore at UCLA studying psychobiology, and has always maintained a passion for providing care for the community. The values of TRUST deeply align with her interests in seeking to aid in creating a better quality of life for those that have not always had access to resources or education. She has worked with building connections with children in hospitals, and has also volunteered at therapeutic facilities aimed to provide care for children that have developmental disabilities. Her experiences have solidified her compassion and love of reaching out, which she believes will be able to continue through TRUST.
